Meet Kim

Can I just say "I Love People!"?

It is my love of people, and my desire to help people, that makes real estate the perfect career for me…and I hope the perfect real estate representative for you.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer looking for that perfect place to settle down or have been down this buying and selling road a few times, real estate is always changing. The market changes, the inventory changes, homes themselves change, the forms change, and of course, the players in each transaction are different. That is what makes it interesting and what makes it necessary to have a professional advocate in your corner, ready to keep you educated and informed and lead the transaction in whatever way best suits your needs.

In my past career, I took my passion for women’s health and encouraged and empowered women to practice skills and behaviors that may lead to the early detection and prevention of breast and ovarian cancer in a fun, party-based atmosphere. I covered the myths and realities surrounding breast and ovarian cancer, how to recognize changes in women’s body, and how to advocate for oneself with a health care provider. As you can imagine, these are difficult conversations to have, but my ability to tune in and listen to what is going on has allowed me to hone my negotiating skills and be very comfortable in uncomfortable situations.

As a solutions-based, positive person, I am ready to solve problems and make what can seem like an overwhelming project (buying and/or selling a home) less-complicated and FUN! If you are considering buying, selling or just have questions on the process call me. I am your go-to Real Estate Agent!
